04. Assembling your Setup

Now that we’ve got our individual pieces sorted out, let’s assemble our Luminousred device. Depending on what device you have ordered, the following videos will show you how it’s done:

Model1

1. Plug the power cable into the outlet of this machine

2. Plug the power cable into a wall outlet

3. Place your device on the desired surface

4. Turn power switch in the back on

5. Press smaller switches on position II (click here to see what switches do in detail)

6. Turn to the front of the device and set the timer, wavelength and press the “on”-button

(We suggest 10min, R/NIR combined for beginners)

Model2

1. Plug the power cable into the outlet of the machine

2. Plug the power cable into a wall outlet

3. Connect the round cable with the brain 

4. Place your device on the desired surface (It can lean against wall or be hung using hanging kit)

5. If hanging kit: see images

6. Turn power switch in the back on

7. Press Smaller switches on position II (click here to see what switches do in detail)

8. Turn to front of device and set timer, wavelength, press the “on”-button

(We suggest 10min, R/NIR combined for beginners)

Model 1+2

1. Plug power cable into this outlet of machine

2. Plug power cable into wall outlet

3. Connect round cable with bottom machine & brain

4. Connect power connection cable here and here  

5. Hang set-up using hanging kit (see images)

6. Big power switch in the back on

7. Smaller switches on position II (click here to see what switches do in detail)

8. Turn to front of device and set timer, wavelength, press the “on”-button

Model 2+2

1. Plug power cable into this outlet of machine

2. Plug power cable into wall outlet

3. Connect round cable with bottom machine & brain

4. Connect power connection cable here and here  

5. Hang set-up using hanging kit (see images)

Model 1+2 Duo

This is now the first set-up, hang the second the same way next to first setup or parallel to set-up!

Model 2+2 Duo

1. Plug power cable into this outlet of machine

2. Plug power cable into wall outlet

3. Connect round cable with bottom machine & brain

4. Connect power connection cable here and here  

5. Hang set-up using hanging kit (see images)

6. Big power switch in the back on

8. Turn to front of device and set timer, wavelength, press the “on”-button

This is now the first set-up, hang the second one in the same way next to the first setup or parallel to the set-up!



Hanging kit instructions:

When you have a model2 or a bigger set-up consisting of multiple devices it’s best and safest to hang them, as we’ll show you in the video below. If you don’t want to hang your setup on a doorframe using the included hanging kit, we recommend using the VESA option to either mount our setup to the wall or make it mobile by using a VESA trolley.

VESA is most commonly known and used to mount large TVs.  The trolleys come in all sorts of sizes, but to be on the safe side try to get one that is adjustable in size. When planning on mounting your setup to the wall, please make sure beforehand that your VESA device is capable of carrying the weight of your setup and is 10x10cm!
