Stay hydrated
While red-light technology is safe to use, you might experience dizziness while or after applying red-light technology. That is because the wavelengths of both red and NIR light penetrate deep into the skin and fuel the cells. To counteract make sure to get enough fluids and keep a larger distance to the device if needed.

Take it slow
If this is your first device, we understand if you want to get started right away and at maximum power. But give your body time to adapt to a technology it is not used to yet. Start slow and gradually increase duration and dosing. You’ll start to notice the benefits after about 30 days of daily usage.

Find the golden middle
When is the best time to plan your sessions? That depends on your preferences: To energize your cells and boost your overall performance throughout the day plan your session in the morning and with higher duration and wavelengths if you want to improve your sleep scale down on both.
